Ingredients:
• 1 cup Yellow cornmeal
• Pimento
• 17 oz Entire kernel corn
• -cutped
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 cup Margarine
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• -melted
• 1 Jalepeno peppers
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese
• -cutped
• -grated
• 2 Eggs
• 1 medium Onion
• -beaten
• -cutped
• 1 cup Buttermilk
Instructions:
1. Mix all substances unless of course cheese. Pour into a properly-greased 9x9" pan. Place the 1 C. cheese on best.
