Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 2 eggs, very well beaten
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 10 oz frozen strawberries
• 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup cutped crazy
• 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Deliver a nicely inside heart of dry substances. Add eggs and oil stirring just until dry substances are moistened.
2. Stir in just strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350 stage oven for 1 hour.
