APPLE OATMEAL BREAD Groups: Breads, Culmination
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Sifted flour
• 1 cup Easy oatmeal
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Cutped crazy
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Melted margarine,cooled
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 2 Apples,cored,coasely shred
• 2/3 cup Packed brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Evenly grease and flour loaf pan. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in huge bowl.
2. Stir in brown sugar, oatmeal, and outrageous.. Mix eggs, milk and butter inside of very low bowl, add all at at the time to oatmeal mix, add apples, stir evenly with fork until finally liquid is absorbed into combine and it is carefully moistened.
3. Spoon into published pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Neat in just pan on cord rack 10 minutes. Loosen edges with knife, switch out on to rack.
4. Cool totally. Wrap, retail store right away.
