Swedish Oven Pancakes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
• 3 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp Butter, melted
• 4 Eggs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 cup Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions:
1. Overcome eggs very well. Cover milk, melted butter, salt and flour. Bake in just a greased 9 X 13 pan inside 425°F oven for 25-30 minutes.
2. Cut into squares and serve quickly with butter and syrup. Discrepancies: Omit butter. Saute 3 strips bacon, reduce up, until finally crisp.
3. Put drippings and bacon in just backside of pan and pour batter about. Bake 375°F for 30 minutes. Web page 88 Serve with berry and cream topping: 1/2 pint cream, whipped and 1 jar preserves (ie: raspberry, strawberry, apricot and so on.) Serve with bitter cream combined with brown sugar.
