Moravian Xmas Loaf

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
• 3 cup Milk
• 1 cup Butter

• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Yeast
• *dissolved inside of:
• 1/4 cup Water, heat
• 6 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 lb Raisins, cutped
• 1/2 lb Currants
• 1/4 lb Citron, cutped
• 1/2 cup Almond, blanched, sliced

Instructions:
1. Scald 2 cups of the milk and allow neat. Cover the dissolved yeast cake, 3 cups of flour and the salt.
2. Combine perfectly. Deal with and fixed apart to add inside a heat stage, around evening. Inside the early morning, scald the other cup of milk and add the butter and stir till melted.
3. Mix with the yeast mix and include the sugar and the balance of the flour, kneading the dough perfectly, until finally it is no extended sticky.
4. Retain the services of even further flour if essential. Add the fruit and sprinkle with some flour and add to the dough, mixing very well.
