Polynesian Nuts
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
nuts, walnuts, english
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Toss nuts with melted butter.
Pour onto baking sheets in single layer.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 15-20 min, stirring every 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Immediately upon pulling nuts from oven, sprinkle mixture evenly over nuts.
Stir well.
Cool and bag.
