Steakhouse Rub

Ingredients:
salt, table
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
spices, paprika
spices, pepper, black
sugars, granulated
celery, raw
spices, nutmeg, ground

Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Pierce meat several times with a fork.
Sprinkle ingredients over meat.
Pound meat with meat hammer or fist.
Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Grill as usual.
