Ingredients:
cheese, blue
sauce, worcestershire
lemon juice, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, distilled
Directions:
Mash cheese with a little oil.
Add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
Shake well until creamy.
