Filipino Picadillo

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
potatoes, raw, skin
carrots, raw
spices, garlic powder
onions, raw
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
water, bottled, generic
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
salt, table

Directions:
Heat olive oil in saucepan.
Fry diced potatoes and carrots until tender.
Remove fried vegetables from pan and set aside.
Using same pan, saute garlic and onion, then add ground beef.
Pour water in and bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.
Cover and simmer for 1520 minutes.
Return fried vegetables to pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
