100g/4oz granulated sugar
400ml/14fl oz crimson Champagne
Directions:
First, put the sugar and 200ml/7fl oz water inside a weighty saucepan. Warmth carefully, stirring sometimes, until eventually the sugar is made up of dissolved, then boil with out stirring right up until a gentle sugar syrup is shaped. Remove against the warmth and permit to neat.
Then, mixture the Champagne and sugar syrup alongside one another, pour into a freezer container and freeze right away.
Finally, flake into tall eyeglasses to provide.
