Caramelized cauliflower

Ingredients:
cauliflower, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table

Directions:
In a pan heat mustard oil till it smokes this takes the pungent flavor out of oil.
Let cool just a bit.
May turn dark this is normal.
Heat up oil again.
Add cauliflower and salt cook till tender but with a snap and caramelized.
