Turkish Satisfaction Ice Cream
Ingredients:
350g/12oz crimson Turkish pride, lower into lower parts
5 tablespoons water
700ml/1pt 4fl oz refreshing custard
300ml/10fl oz double cream
3 tablespoons rose water
Directions:
1. Put the Turkish pride inside of a pan with 5 tablespoons water, and cook above a low heat, stirring, until the mix consists of virtually melted. Stir into the custard.
2. Lightly whip the product until it sorts soft peaks, then fold carefully into the custard. Stir within the rose water.
3. Pour the mix into a 1.2-litre/2pt loaf tin protected with hang motion picture, and freeze for at bare minimum 4 several hours. 4 large oranges 1 heavy lemon.
