Blueberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:
blueberries, raw
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
lemon juice, raw
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof

Directions:
Puree blueberries with water till smooth.
Should make 2 c..
Combine blueberry mix with remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Stir for severalminutes till sugar has dissolved.
Pour mix into small container and chill till mix is no more than 40F.
Pour chilled mix into container of ice cream machine and churn till frzn.
