Carrot and Beef Soup

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
onions, raw
carrots, raw
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
In a large pot, brown beef and onions over medium/high heat for approximately 5-10 minutes, till meat is no longer pink.
Add water, carrots and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for one hour.
To make the sauce, combine margarine or butter and milk with flour slowly.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce and soup together.
Garnish with grated parmesan.
Serve with French bread.
