Asian Dressing I Recipe
Ingredients:
mustard, prepared, yellow
rice vinegar,
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated

In response to Sarah Novotny's request, here are two oriental dressing which Schlesinger.
I found the book at a bookstore which sells overstocks and used books.
While I have not tried any of the recipes yet, they look very good.
She follows Ornish-based recipes and includes fast, microwave recipes.
Yield: 4 servings (1.5 Tablespoons each)
Prep.
Time: 5 min
This dressing works well on salads featuring oriental veggies or possibly fuit such as apples (author's remarks).
Mix the ingredients together and serve.
