Adorable & bitter tofu

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, overwhelmed
2 celery sticks, sliced
1 carrot, lower into matchsticks
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
75g/3oz mangetout, halved
8 baby corn cobs
150g/5oz beansprouts
450g/1lb company tofu, cubed
For the sauce
2 tablespoons gentle brown sugar
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
225ml/8fl oz vegetable stock
1 teaspoon tomato purée
1 tablespoon cornflour

Directions:
First, warm the vegetable oil inside a preheated wok until eventually it is virtually smoking. Do away with the warm somewhat, then incorporate the garlic, celery, carrot, pepper, mangetout and baby corn. Stir-fry for 3â€"4 minutes.
Then, incorporate the beansprouts and tofu to the wok, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Then, to create the sauce, incorporate the sugar, wine vinegar, stock, tomato purée and cornflour, stirring properly to merge. Stir into the wok, provide to the boil and cook, stirring, till the sauce thickens and turns shiny. Move forward for cook for 1 moment.
Finally, provide routinely with rice or noodles. greens & vegetarian.
