Tofu & broccoli stir-fry

Ingredients:
substances
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons gentle soy sauce
4 teaspoons cornflour
1 teaspoon flooring ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
350g/12oz broccoli, slash into chunk-sizing elements
100g/4oz onion, slice into wedges
200g/7oz beansprouts
450g/1lb organization tofu, lower into
1cm/1⁄2in just components
250g/9oz recently cooked brown rice, to provide

Directions:
First, put the sherry, soy sauce, cornflour and ginger inside of a bowl. Insert 150ml/5fl oz water, and stir jointly.
