Crunchy-crowned cod

Ingredients:
4 components skinned cod fillet, above
100g/4oz each individual
2 tomatoes, sliced
50g/2oz contemporary wholemeal breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped contemporary flat-leaf parsley
finely grated zest and juice of
1⁄2 lemon
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
salt and recently flooring black pepper

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gasoline mark 6. Put the cod fillets inside a large ovenproof dish. Organize the tomato slices upon greatest.
