Edamame & Cranberry Toss
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
lime juice, raw
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
syrup, maple, canadian
wasabi, root, raw
edamame, frozen, prepared
cranberries, dried, sweetened
Directions:
In large pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add next 5 ingredients (onions through wasabi) and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sizzling.
Add edamame and cranberries, and cook for 2-3 more minutes, until heated through.
