Kettle-cooked sea bass

Ingredients:
substances
1.8kg/4lb sea bass, gutted, with mind and tail remaining upon
1 significant bunch of spring onions, shredded
2 celery sticks, slice into matchsticks
5cm/2inside piece of new root ginger, lower into matchsticks
vegetable oil for brushing
50ml/2fl oz gentle soy sauce
50ml/2fl oz dry sherry
salt and recently flooring black pepper

Directions:
