Chicken BBQ Cooking Sauce

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
vinegar, distilled
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
oil, canola
spices, paprika
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
cornstarch
spices, pepper, black
spices, chili powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne

Directions:
Blend all ingredients with a food processor or blender.
Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes to thicken slightly (do not boil).
Cool before using.
It should have the consistency of gravy.
If needed, thin with a tbsp or two of water.
BBQ chicken (with skin on) on a low heat (275F to 300F +/-) until done, basting with sauce every time you turn the chicken (around 6 to 8 times depending on thickness).
Note: you may have to prop the BBQ lid open an inch or two to keep the temperature in 275F-300F range.
