Ras el Hanout

Ingredients:
spices, coriander seed
spices, cumin seed
spices, ginger, ground
spices, cardamom
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
corn, sweet, white, raw
spices, turmeric, ground
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, saffron

Directions:
Grind spices together in coffee grinder or spice grinder.
Transfer to airtight jar, and use within three months.
