Overnight Chai Steel-Cut Oats
Ingredients:
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
seeds, chia seeds, dried
spices, cardamom
vanilla extract
spices, ginger, ground
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
spices, pepper, black
syrup, maple, canadian
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, pistachio nuts, raw
Directions:
Combine oats, hemp milk, chia seeds, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and maple syrup (if using) in glass jar with lid.
Stir, close lid, and refrigerate overnight.
Open lid, stir, and sprinkle with coconut and pistachios, if using.
