Breakfast Granola

Ingredients:
oats
oil, olive, salad or cooking
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
honey
vanilla extract
spices, cinnamon, ground
nuts, almonds
nuts, walnuts, english
nuts, pecans
raisins, seeded
cranberries, dried, sweetened
cherries, sweet, raw

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Measure oats into a extra large bowl.
Mix together oil, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon (optional).
Pour over oats and mix well to coat.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes, turning and stirring every 10 minutes.
Add nuts after the first 10 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool completely.
Stir in dried fruits.
Store in airtight container.
Serve with milk, yogurt, or cover a ripe banana with peanut butter and roll in granola.
