Beef olives in just gravy

Ingredients:
8 prepared-published beef olives
4 tablespoons chopped contemporary flat-leaf parsley
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 rashers smoked streaky bacon, finely chopped
grated zest of 1⁄2 minor orange
2 tablespoons olive oil
300ml/10fl oz dry crimson wine
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
50g/2oz pitted black olives, tired

Directions:
