Orange/ Coconut Chicken
Ingredients:
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
salt, table
orange juice, raw
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
Directions:
Lightly salt chicken and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken of any juices that gathered, and combine with other ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve with white rice.
