Healthy Ground Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
seeds, flaxseed
sauce, barbecue
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Place ground chicken in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Form into 5-6 patties and cook on George Foreman grill or outside grill until done.
Serve on big, whole wheat buns with your favorite vegetable toppings and condiments with extra bbq sauce and melted cheese on top!
