East European Caraway Beef and Rice Sausage
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
onions, raw
spices, caraway seed
spices, paprika
spices, marjoram, dried
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and knead with your hands until thoroughly blended.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to firm the mixture.
Leave in bulk and shape and cook as directed in individual recipes.
