Rosewater and Vanilla Granita
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Gently heat the water on the stove.
Add vanilla sugar and rosewater and stir until it dissolves.
Place in a shallow dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
Remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork.
Repeat 2 or 3 times until the granita is fully frozen into small crystals.
