Cantaloupe-Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients:
melons, cantaloupe, raw
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, cinnamon, ground
sugars, granulated
sugars, powdered
Directions:
In a blender, add cantaloupe chunks and pulse several times.
Add all other ingredients and run blender several minutes until smoothie has a creamy consistency.
Pour in a glass, sit back and enjoy!
