Apple or Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
oats
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table

Directions:
To make base just mix and put in an 8 x 8 inch cake pan.
Topping: Mix in the order given and crumble over apples/ or rhubarb.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
