Beef satay

Ingredients:

900g/2lb rump steak, minimize into cubes
75ml/3fl oz black bean sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
First, soak 4 bamboo skewers for at minimum 30 minutes.
Then, thread the steak cubes on to the skewers, and brush with the black bean sauce.
Finally, warmth the oil within just a ridged grill pan above a medium-higher warmth. Grill the satay for 2â€"3 minutes upon just about every facet, brushing with any leftover black bean sauce. Provide incredibly hot.
