Ingredients:
- 1 pound almond paste
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 egg whites

1. First, preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Next, working with an electric powered mixer, split up the almond paste, then incorporate the powdered sugar and the granulated sugar and combination till the elements are finely merged.
3. Then, include the egg whites in increments, whisking very well immediately after each individual addition. Incorporate until the elements sort a paste.
4. Then, match a pastry bag with a spherical suggestion and fill it with the macaroon blend. Pipe flippantly sized balls on to the parchment paper, spacing them about 1 inch aside.
5. Finally, bake inside the sizzling oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The macaroons must be golden on the exterior and soaked in the middle.
