Tender Asian Flank Steak
Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
catsup
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
Directions:
Mix all ingrediets in a large zip lock bag.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.
Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Remove from grill anc cut diagonally acroos grain.
