Horse-Radish Butter/ Pepperotsmor
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
horseradish, prepared
salt, table
Directions:
Cream the butter with an electric mixer at med speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in the grated horseradish and salt.
Put into a small serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
