Reduced Allergen Spelt Bread
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
seeds, flaxseed
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
Directions:
Place ingredients into bread machine in the order recommended by the machine's manual (coconut milk replaces the standard recipe's water).
Start Basic cycle, Light crust.
Add seeds (or other additions) during the appropriate point in your machine's cycle (see manual for details).
