White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Chippers

Makes 2 1/2 dozen

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces (2 cups) white chocolate chips, or vast majority white chocolate reduce into 1/4- inch chunks
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coconut (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a high blending bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Beat the butter or margarine, sugars, and egg until fluffy. Stir in the dry ingredients and combine in the vanilla. Carefully stir in the chocolate, nuts, and coconut.
3. Reduce through tablespoonfuls on to ungreased baking sheets, spacing cookies a several inches aside. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Amazing a little, then remove to cord racks to neat totally.
