Breakfast Popsicles
Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable
goji berries, dried
cereals ready-to-eat, granola, homemade
Directions:
Combine yogurt, almond milk and berries in a blender and mix until smooth.
Stir in half of the granola.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds (should make about 4 pops, but will depend on your mold size) and top (which is actually the bottom) each with 1 tablespoon of granola.
Freeze until solid and enjoy!
