BBQ Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw
sugars, brown
spices, chili powder
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
catsup
molasses
sugars, brown
sauce, worcestershire
vinegar, cider
mustard, prepared, yellow
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
Mix dry rub and season country style ribs.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Mix all ingredients for barbecue sauce and refrigerate.
Set up grill for a "3 Zone" fire.
(A double thick layer of charcoal in the back, a single layer in the middle, at the front empty and heat free).
Grill country ribs directly over heat, 5 minutes or so per side.
(cook to a nice golden brown colors per side).
Move ribs to the front of the grill (off the heat).
Continue to cook at about 300F or cooler for 1 hour.
Glaze with barbecue sauce and cooked for 10 to 15 mins.
Turn ribs glaze with sauce and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Allow to rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
