Cheese Wafers

Yield: about 150 wafers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (500 g) Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz (250 g) Butter, softened
- 12 oz (375 g) Bread flour
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Salt
- 1�"4 tsp (1 mL) White pepper

Directions:
1. First, incorporate all components in the bowl of a mixer. Combination at small pace with the paddle attachment right until the combination varieties a dough.
