Chili Marinade

Yield: about 6 oz (180 g)

Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 g) Chili powder
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dried oregano
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Floor cloves
- 1 oz (30 g) Garlic, beaten
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Salt
- 1 oz (30 g) Brown sugar
- 4 fl oz (120 mL) Crimson wine vinegar

Directions:
1. First, incorporate all substances unless the vinegar and grind with each other to deliver a uniform mix.
2. Next, increase the vinegar and merge perfectly.
3. Finally, refrigerate till demanded.
