Meaty Beef Barley Soup By Susan Bergen
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
carrots, raw
potatoes, raw, skin
onions, raw
celery, raw
barley, hulled
water, bottled, generic
parsley, fresh
sugars, granulated
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, thyme, dried
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
Directions:
Heat 6 cups water and add bouillon cubes, stir to dissolve.
Add remaining ingredients except roast beef.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add beef& simmer another 1/2 hour.
