Ingredients:

- 8 oz (250 g) Egg whites
- 8 oz (250 g) Canned tomatoes, beaten

- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Entire cloves
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Peppercorns, overwhelmed
- 5 qt (5 L) Beef or veal stock, cold (brown or white)
