Indonesian Peanut Sauce

Yield: 1 pt (500 mL)

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (250 g) Peanut butter
- 8 fl oz (250 mL) Warm water
- 4�?"6 Garlic cloves, beaten to a paste
- 2�?"3 Serrano chiles, seeded, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) New ginger root, peeled and chopped great
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lime juice
- 1 fl oz (30 mL) Soy sauce

Directions:
1. First, blend all elements inside a food processor. Method until finally the blend types a delicate sauce.
2. Finally, refrigerate.
