Strawberry Bavarian Mousse

Ingredients:
10 oz frozen sliced strawberries (thawed), 1 cup boiling water, 3 oz strawberry gelatin, 1 cup chilled whipped cream.

Directions:
Drain strawberries, reserving the syrup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix the reserved strawberry syrup into the gelatin and chill until set. Beat the gelatin until foamy. Gently fold in whipped cream and thawed strawberries. Pour into molds and chill until firm. Serve with extra whipped cream and fresh strawberry garnish.
