Black Olive Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
onions, raw
spices, coriander seed
spices, basil, dried
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigeratefor several hrs in the refrigerator.
This is the preferred salsa for tacos on southern Arizona ranches.
Makes 3&1/2 c.
