Butterscotch Sauce
Ingredients:
syrups, corn, light
butter, without salt
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla in a heavy saucepan.
Stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a boil over high heat.
Boil for 5 minutes from the time it starts to bubble at a full rolling boil.
Remove from the heat.
Add the vanilla.
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
