Traditional CREAMY SLAW
DRESSING
¾ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white Wine vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
Kosher salt
Recently floor black pepper
SLAW
½ very low mind green cabbage, thinly sliced (4 cups)
2 cups coarsely grated carrots
1 cup finely diced crimson bell pepper
½ cup about chopped fresh new Italian parsley leaves
1. Within a superior bowl mix the dressing elements, which includes ¾ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, and whisk until eventually the sugar and salt are dissolved. Include the slaw elements and blend properly. Style and insert much more salt and pepper, if preferred. Include and refrigerate right until chilled, at minimum 2 hrs or up to 1 working day.
2. Just before serving, drain the coleslaw within a colander and then shift to a serving bowl.
