Easy Quiche Crust
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor.
Pulse until the dough comes together.
Gather together between waxed paper and roll out as needed.
Let sit for 15 minutes to relax.
Place into a 9 inch pie pan or tart shells.
Prick and blind bake for 15 minutes at 400F (200C).
(Reduce time if using mini-quiche tart pans).
Fill with your favorite quiche filling and bake according to your recipe.
