Simple Hand-kneaded Tofu Rolls
Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
Directions:
Mix the tofu with a whisk until it has a smooth, mashed consistency.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape the rolls (I prefer to roll them into cute balls).
Bake for 13 minutes at 200C, and they are done!
